Product
Is Beit Bid a tender marketplace?
No. It is a desk for your organisation to find tenders and assemble bid packs. Other bidders do not see your workspace.
Billing
Who is billed?
One company (organisation) is billed. Each organisation has one isolated tenant. Your users work inside that organisation.
Can we try before we subscribe?
Yes. Public signup can start a trial. Platform staff set the trial length in Django admin. After it ends you subscribe to keep creating bids.
How do we pay?
v1 uses PayFast hosted checkout and a manual EFT fallback. Invoices are raised first; the browser return URL is not what marks an invoice paid.
Limits
What counts as a bid for plan limits?
A bid is a workspace created in the current calendar month (Africa/Johannesburg). Open workspace count is a separate concurrent cap.

Where do I get help if I already have an account?
Use Support in the signed-in app for tickets. This public Contact form is for people who are not logged in yet.
Legal
Are the legal pages binding yet?
No. Terms, privacy, cookies, POPIA, and PAIA are unpublished placeholders until counsel approves them. They 404 for visitors until published.
